Founded by Fritz Wenrich, Oregon Edge continues a tradition of excellence in sharpening that continues with Trevor Harmon. Trevor’s journey with Oregon Edge started when he acquired the business from Fritz Wenrich in 2023. Embracing a hands-on approach to mastering the art of sharpening, Trevor dedicated himself to a rigorous six-month training program under Fritz’s guidance. Drawing from Fritz’s wealth of experience and expertise, Trevor honed his skills, learning the ins and outs of the mobile sharpening business. While Fritz has since retired and relocated to Hawaii, his dedication to the art of blade sharpening remains ingrained in the fabric of Oregon Edge.

We are the area’s only factory trained and certified Sensei sales and service center. We use Sensei factory water-cooled equipment to keep heat from ruining the temper of your shears. They are then finished with a super-polished buffed edge.

We also offer a knife leasing program for restaurants, grocery stores, and any other interested businesses that need these services. We furnish you with sharp knives and rotate them bi-weekly or monthly according to your needs.
